The BandMist Season comes from Hämeenlinna, Finland. The music of Mist Season is bordering somewhere between progressive rock and fusion, but it also includes elements from many different fields of music world. Contrary to the present-day trends, every single note is played by a human hand; no programming is used. Mist Season lays great emphasis on a personal touch, distinct melodies, and musical stories and feelings that the compositions transmit. The first CD: 'Mist Season' was released in October 2004 and it received positive response and airplay in Europe and outsude, for example in Mexico, Brazil and The USA. Mist Season's music has also been actively distributed in China (without the Co-operation of the band, however). The Second CD: 'Woodlands' followed in September, 2006. After that Mist Season has been concentrating on some tribute projects and Tommi Varjola released his solo album: Family Life, in March 2008. In the near future it will be time to record our third CD.
